Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, on my HP EliteBook laptop, the light next to the Thunderbolt port shines orange while charging from 0 to 90%, and then changes to white. Is this normal behavior?

Yes, that is normal. Because your machine is a Business class machine, the charging limit could be 90%.

Btw , after switchig led from orange to white , laptop continues charging  to 100%
