Product: HP ProBook 445R G6 Notebook PC (5SN63AV)

Hii hp,

My hp probook 445r g6

 

When I turn on my laptop its screen keep remains black but its fan is running and power button light is keep glowing but didn't show any display . I Also check it on external display using hdmi but the problem was same no any display just black screen not even logo. 

Please hp I am your old customer don't break my trust i trust you can solve my problem fast as soon as possible.

So HP logo doesn't appears as well? 

Try doing battery reset + reseating your windows drive/Rams properly with cleaning contacts gently and test.
