HP Recommended

I have an HP Envy Laptop and for about 3 weeks now, whenever i try accessing the fan controls in the command center, it shows me this message. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting, updating both my computer and bios, updating the command center itself and probably more. I'm pretty sure its not a driver issue since im fairly certain i have them all updated.
