I have created mobile hotspot on my iPhone. But when I try to connect my Laptop to mobile hotspot then it does not work. Neither I am able to connect to mobile hotspot nor I see mobile hotspot.

Resolved by changing iPhone name. Renamed it with my own and it started working.
