Please my hp elitebook 360 G3 isn't coming on, the power button is on and it isn't charging....please what do I do

Hello.

 

I would recommend testing with another USB-C charger first. USB-C chargers that come with mobile phones are typically not powerful enought so try with a charger that outputs at least 45 watts. (The exact power requirements are printed in the bottom of your laptop in very small text size)

 

If your computer still does not show life signs, I would recommend taking taking it to your local HP Service Partner and let them diagnose the problem. If your laptop is still under warranty, **bleep** and have them service the laptop.
