We shipped a HP 250 G8 Notebook for warranty repairs to the repair facility at Grapevine, TX using a FedEx shipping box that was shipped to us by hp. FedEx tracking number shows it was delivered and signed for on September 5, 2023. Today is October 27, 2023. I have called probably 20 times to find out the status of my notebook, but all I get is transferred from department to department. No one can tell me where my computer is. Just today I have been transferred from the consumer department to the commercial team to the depot team to the laptop team to the "dedicated team" to another team to a robot etc. I have called almost daily for almost two months trying to find my computer but all I get is the run around. Now I just want a refund for the notebook computer, but no one can connect me to anyone who can help. hp has essentially lost my notebook and I need hp to take responsibility for it and either find it, repair it and send it back or reimburse me for having lost my property. I have spoken to people at hp many, many, many, many times, but no one is able to provide me with any useful information. Any ideas of how I can best handle this situation?
