Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello i have an issue with my x360 1030 g2 laptop that suddenly turns off without warning and when plugged in. And when i turn it on again it shows no error of a faulty turning off. The power options related to going to stand by are "never" so i would like to know if someone have had this issue before and fixed it
