Product: Elitebook

I now have two new elitebooks which will not boot. White power light on, both have had their batteries disconnected, power button held done and then reconnected. both still do not restart.

These are brand new have been working and now do not after only a few weeks. 

This is very disappointing we should expect better form HP. I understand this is becoming more common.
