Product: Hp elitebook 1040 g4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I have an hp elitebook 1040 g4. Everything was working fine on my laptop but I was facing problems with restart (would stuck at hp sure start and then I had to shutdown and then press the power button. Was working fine with shutdown and manual start). I tried to reinstall the OS but that didn't help either, which made me curious about my laptop. I entered into BIOS setup and clicked hp factory reset. After that my laptop won't boot. The fan is loud but nothing appears on the screen.
Kindly help me solve this issue..
