Hi @ngreenb2,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP LaserJet Pro M203dw printer is experiencing a toner leak on the right side of the page, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue.
- Check the toner cartridge: Remove the toner cartridge from the printer and inspect it for any signs of damage or leakage. If you notice any leaks or spills, replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
- Clean the printer: Carefully clean the inside of the printer, particularly the toner cartridge area and the surrounding components. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe away any toner residue or debris that may be causing the leak.
- Check the paper path: Examine the paper path inside the printer for any obstructions or loose toner particles. If you find any, carefully remove them to ensure smooth paper movement.
- Verify proper installation: Ensure that the toner cartridge is correctly installed in the printer. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to ensure proper alignment and seating of the cartridge.
- Update firmware and drivers: Visit the HP support website and check if there are any available firmware updates or driver updates for your printer model. Keeping the printer software up to date can sometimes resolve various issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
