Are the logistics related expenses covered by HP, for products under active warranty and 

Service type "Wty: HP HW Maintenance Offsite Support"

The Service level includes:
* Pickup by HP
* HP Ships to Customer Site
 
Does anyone have a link to the description of these "Service Levels"?
