Longlife of Spectre x360 (ap model)

Why my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx does not have so impressive longlife as it noted in every articles. So I have Core I7 8565 Whiskey Lake, 16 gb, 512 SSD. So I hoped to get about 10-15 hours of normal work from battery, but I have only 5-6 hours in excel and word. The battery is normal.

It does not helped me. As usual, my laptop is loosing about 20% of battery per hour while I'm typing this text. I think It's not normal. My 4 years spectre is living much better from battery.
