Maximize my battery health option didn't work

Good morning,
I chose the Maximize My Battery Health option in the bios, and that doesn't work, the battery continues to charge up to 100%.
and I can't see the little heart in the battery gauge icon.
system: Windows 11 22H2
Bios Version: S73 Ver. 01.14.20
Laptop: HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7 Mobile Workstation

This is what I got from HP web:

Changing the default setting to Maximize My Battery Health causes the following:

• This setting results in a reduced run time between charges, because it limits the charging capacity of the notebook’s battery to 80% of the currently available full charge capacity.

• You will continue to see the battery charge at 100% in the Windows icon tray, with 100% representing the new, adjusted full charge capacity.

• The change to Maximize My Battery Health has no impact on the system performance.

Seems it will still show 100% but battery has been limited to 80% fully charged.

but I don't see the little heart described in this note for the Windows 11 system

NOTE: 

After this update, if you are running the Windows 11 operating system, a small heart icon is displayed in the Windows icon tray. This heart icon indicates that a battery health feature has been enabled.

so I'm not sure that the charging is really stopped at 80% and displays 100% as you said. or the charge continues to go up to 100%

here i know that even i change the setting to maximize my battery health the batter charging level indicates 100%, but the battery charge level goes to the maximum Whr, i needs to  reduce upto 80% percent. but after the new bios update, the indicator disable/not activated thing wont showNow (see the remaining capacity)Previous bios update
