Then yes, there is a M.2 slot but IMHO, it is not worth the trouble to install a M.2 SSD.
First of all, the M.2 slot only supports SATA M.2 SSD's, and replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD would perform equally as well.
The main reason for my opinion is that you have to take the whole notebook apart and remove the motherboard to install the M.2 SATA SSD.
