Hi guys,
I'm facing a very strange problem right now.
Working with my HP Laptop ZBook Fury G8, I want to connect several USB devices via an USB Hub.
The laptop is plugged to a HP USB-C docking station G4 280W (also tried G5 dock, same result). With this setup, the device detects several USB devices, such as a webcam, printer, USB stick and so on. BUT: It does NOT detect the mouse and keyboard.
I also tried:
-> Updating the docking G4 firmware -> newest installed
-> tested the USB devices: both mouse and keyboard work
-> deleting the USB root hub device from the devices manager and look for new Plug & Play Hardware
Do you have any further input how to solve this issue?!
Thank you in advance and best regards, Phil
