I bought a mouse (Model: Z3700 Wireless Mouse) from HP's website in December, and it has suddenly stopped working. Tried changing the batteries, tried truoubleshooting, and tried using it with different devices, but it's still not working. Any tips on how to make it work, or a replacement, because I only got it a few months ago, and it has already stopped working.

Hello.

Sounds like a broken mouse. All electronics fail at some point, so probably just bad luck with your unit.

Contact HP support and have them replace it under warranty.
