My HP EliteBook 820 G3 i7 Hotkeys, SIM Card Slot And USB-C Port Are Not Working. The Installed OS Is Windows 11 Version 22H2

Did they stop working when you installed Windows 11?

Do you have an actual WWAN card installed? The SIM slot requires a 3G/4G card and antennas inside the laptop.

Are there any errors in Windows Device Manager?

What you can try is the Windows 10 versions of the corresponding drivers from 820 G3 download page:

- HP Hotkey Support

- WWAN driver for you WWAN card (multiple hardware options under Driver-Network. You'd need to identify the model your laptop is equipped with)

The HP Hotkey Support software has newer versions available but HP may have dropped support for your hardware model in newer versions. But it is something worth testing if the driver for 820 G3 Windows 10 does not work.

For the USB-C port I would try installing the Intel Chipset Inf Utility from Intel Support site since it supports Windows 11.
