Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP EliteBook 830 G5 Notebook PC (8th gen core i5) has no power and when the power adapter is plugged in, its caps lock keeps blinking even with out pressing the power button. I opened the case and disconnected the battery cable, plugged in the power adapter, same problem. I changed the Memory chips, removed most items, but no change. I tried to restore the BIOS by following some guidelines from HP, but my laptop keeps behaving same. I suspect there could be some series power issue on the board of my laptop. Any advice will be very much appreciated.
