This happens due to a buggy graphics driver. To resolve it, follow these steps:

1. Open Device Manager

Press Windows + X

Click Device Manager

2. Uninstall the Graphics Driver

Expand Display adapters

Right-click your graphics driver (e.g., Intel HD, AMD, Nvidia)

Select Uninstall device

Check "Delete the driver software for this device"

Click Uninstall

Restart the PC

3. Reinstall the Graphics Driver (Automatic Method)

After the restart:
Open Settings
Windows update settings
Check for updates
Your screen may flicker while the graphics drivers is reinstalled.
