Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Hp EliteBook 840 G5 8th Gen can not decrease its brightness though the slider is moving, l have tried updating the graphics drivers and rolling them back but still nothing. l also tried updating the display monitors but everything now is saying its up to date. PLEASE HELP

Please use F2 and F3 to increase/decrease its brightness.
