HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC

My Hp EliteBook laptop is not run on. The caps lock, power button, and the charger indicator light are blinking repeatedly, and the fan is running at high speed. I need help solving this issue.

Hello.

The blinking lights during startup are a way to identify the likely problem that prevents the laptop from starting.

HP has a document which lists the blink codes:

Your laptop probably requires servicing because it doesn't start.. If the problem is simple - e.g. bad memory module or similar easily replaced part then you can do it yourself. In any case you can either take the laptop to a local HP Service partner and let them diagnose the problem properly. Most generic laptop/computer repair shops may also be able to pinpoint the problem and fix it.
