Product: Dragonfly
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my fingerprints were recognized, the windows 10 pro login was requiring a fingerprint or password. 
Now that my prints aren’t recognized and I have to use a password, windows automatically opens. Help!

it seems like something changed in Windows... i suggest you go into Start\Settings\Accounts\Sign-in Potions and reset your multi-factor authentication methods, and re-register your  fingerprint

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you may have set up facial recognition and it's defaulting to that. It recognizes your face and logs you in before you have a chance to enter passwords.
