My 5102 has problem while oning it both battery and pluged in it blinks int the charging area

Hello.

 

The User Guide for Mini 5102 has the following passage:

 

The battery light displays charge status:
● On: The battery is charging.
● Blinking: The battery has reached a low battery level or critical battery level and is not charging.
● Off: The battery is fully charged, in use, or not installed.

 

Since the Mini 5102 was sold back in 2010 or so, the battery has likely failed. A failed battery may not charge at all, or charge only partially.
