My keyboard and mouse pad works on BIOS mode, but when I switch to Windows, stop working. I tried all solutions I found on videos support and nothing. Any other suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Are the filter keys on? If yes, please do turn it off: In Windows 10, open Start menu, click Settings -> Ease of Access. Click Make the keyboard easier to use (or Keyboard, toggle Use Filter Keys). In the next window, uncheck Turn on Filter Keys and click OK to turn off
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!
