Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just got my laptop, hp elitebook, 1030* 360, touchscreen, core intel i7, 16 GB and it consumes a whole lot of data, I have put on the metered connection, disallowed updates, turn off some services and it is still the same. What can I do?

How do you connect it to internet ? How much is your quota ?
