Product: HP ProBook 4340s Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My laptop does not turn on, and the power LED blinks 9 times before nothing. Sometimes the power LED will blink amber repetitively after but it does not happen much. Verry rarely it will blink 12 times and then nothing.
