Hi @hhhhhhhh31,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your Laptop that does not boot into windows.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.
A) Perform a power drain on your PC.
1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.
2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.
5) Power on the PC and check if it boots into Windows now.
B) Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
C) Install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system following the below steps.
Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.

Earning money by working in a bad company, by all standards, including anything, is of no benefit. This money could even be the cause of you getting cancer or something similar. As employees, you do not have the right to silence someone who is complaining about you, especially when they have paid you money in exchange for a service. I did not receive the service, and I couldn't even get my rights from you in this world. I bought a laptop, and when I faced a problem due to your company's lack of knowledge, the company simply erased the solution to this problem just to avoid fixing any of the old laptops, forcing people to buy your newly manufactured, low-quality products. I do not acknowledge that you did not help me now, but you also did not help me with the main issue, which is that the BIOS driver is not on your website. You only provided a job on how to install it and other things, but no. I don't know why. Truly, if the company continues and you also continue not to provide full service, you will not succeed in making money, and you will always lose in everything, not just one thing, which is money for you.
And now I want the BIOS driver from your website, but it is not even uploaded there. I also want to know if the current driver I have is compatible or not.
It is not a difficult issue, but you do not think about helping

Hi @hhhhhhhh31,
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
We'd hate for you to be stuck in a situation like this. Because you matter to us.
Let us run the hardware diagnostics to check if the hardware has no issues.
Please follow these steps:
1) Shutdown your PC completely, as soon as you Turn on the computer repeatedly press the Esc key to enter the Startup Menu.
2) Now press the F2 key to access HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu.
3) On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4) Click Extensive Test.
5) Click Run once to initiate the test.
Note: It will take few hours to complete the test.
If the test falis then please share the test results.
If the test passes then, try the below steps:
First, we need to download the Windows image onto a 32GB or 64GB USB flash drive (Flash drive only, memory cards, USB hard drives are not supported, It has to be 32GB or 64B only)
You can download the Windows image thru 'HP Cloud Recovery App' which can be downloaded from the Windows store.
Refer to the Step:2 on the link below:
And follow Step:4 to reload the Windows from the newly created USB recovery media.
