Product: Hp elitebook ultra folio9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is hp elitebook ultra folio 9470m. The laptop is not powering on even after trying to hard reset. The power button is always on even without pressing it and  after removing tha battery and putting it back. I have tested the ram and hard disk in another laptop and all worked well.
