HP Recommended

Hello, I am unable to add my zbook ultra G1a 14 to my HP products list as its serial number is not recognised.

Also, my extended warranty which I purchased at the time of buying the laptop isn't showing. 

 

Can someone help me get to support with this issue.  As my laptop's serial number is not recognised, I can't even use the HP site to connect to support.
