Product: HP ProBook 4540s Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My CPU's name is Intel Core I5 3210m.

 

It is underclocked and it is stuck to 1200 Mhz. But its base clock speed is 2500 Mhz and its turbo clock speed is 3100 Mhz.            I want to overclock my underclock CPU.

I have tried to overclock my CPU but I failed.

Pls, help me.
