Hello Hp,
I have been trying to reach a non-technical HP support team but all numbers and live chats take me straight to technical support that does not handle my account issue. I have not been able to access MyHPSupport: Business Support portal for about a month to create cases for my team. My team has created numerous cases in previous years but in the recent month, the Business Support now says our Email ID is not registered in the portal. Assistance would be appreciated.
