HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC (1A888AV)

I have an HP ProBook 450 G8 with SPM enterprise provisioning that is permanently hiding TPM settings.

What I've confirmed:

  • Latest BIOS 01.22.00 installed

  • SPM shows "Provisioned" state

  • "Intel Platform Trust Technology" setting not found

  • Sure Admin menus are blurred/locked

  • All TPM options missing from BIOS

According to HP Community advice, I need a "clean BIOS configuration file (BIN)" from HP Commercial Support to remove the SPM enterprise lock and restore TPM access.

Question: How do I obtain this clean BIOS file from HP? Is there a specific process or department I should contact?

Thank you for your assistance.

I requested a moderator to help you with this.  Perhaps one of our senior experts such as @Paul_Tikkanen might know more about enterprise systems.
