Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a CarePack a month ago, and still haven't received any confirmation or notice. When I check the warranty online, I can see that the CarePack is still not applied.

When trying to follow those instructions, there is no "Dispute this" link on the Check Warranty page.

If the dispute link does not display, the product might be a commercial product, which cannot be disputed online.

 

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region to get the product warranty updated

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
