HP Recommended
Product: Pavilion 2in1 14 inch

Hi

Received my new pavilion today. 3 hours out of the box and the computer fan runs from the moment it is turned on until shut down.  Upon first shutdown computer black screened and i had to hold off button to turn off.  

Any recommendations from anyone on what to do ? Return?

i recommend you ask your question in one of the other notebook forums, as this is a business notebook forum
