Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased a brand new laptop from CostCo about 6 months ago. A 17CN 00553CL intelcore I5-1134G7 processor, 1TB hardrive, 12GB of DDR4 Ram, windows 10 and I can honestly say it’s been the worst investment I’ve ever made for my business. My employee seldomly used it and said it’s performance was so horrible it discouraged her from working. I didn’t believe her because it was brand new and then tried it. It took so long to start and every mouse click or type it took seconds of delays between everything move. I did the Costco concierge thing who didn’t help one bit. I did HP support after and all their steps and updates and still have a garbage laptop. It’s molasses slow. HP send me windows 11 on a usb and said this is the best they will do and I can return it. I’ve been trying to install windows 11 for an hour now and it takes about 15 mins to turn on and restart system. I wish I could throw this thing in the garage but I paid $800 for something completely worthless to me and my business. Is there anything I can do to send this junk back?

Hi, I am really sorry to hear this.

Perhaps you can install a fresh Windows 10 from a Boot Disk, which may ease the frustration a bit.

I found a Windows 10 installation CD on Amazon you can check out.
