My CPU is the i9-10885H w/ a base clock of 2.4 GHz, boost clock of 5.3 GHz. No matter what I do I cannot and have not seen the CPU do anything above the base clock of 2.39 GHz. Cinebench doesn't do it, Autodesk inventor doesn't do it, I monitored my temps using CPUID and they are all normal around 53 C. Nothing. I checked the bios to see if the boost was enabled, it is. I have run the Intel Processor Diagnostic tool, everything passed. Anyone have any tips to see if this thing is malfunctioning or why I cant see any speeds over base? My old MSI that was a "thin and light" with terrible thermals would see boost on the CPU, I cant imagine this thing has worse thermals. Please help. thanks.

Just downloaded the HP preformance advisor and found this... for some reason my CPU speed is set to max at the base clock speed... anyone know how to make this match the boost speed? 2021-03-03 10_05_31-HP Performance Advisor.png
