Product: HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation (10J85AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP ZBook Power G7 that for some reason it was shipped with no IR camera and could not use windows hello face. I contacted HP and ordered the proper parts including a what appears to be an IR camera part number M21872-001. I had it installed at an authorized service agent but it does not show up as an IR camera nor is it compatible with windows hello face. Do I need any specific drivers or is there any method for making the camera show up as IR camera.
I have another HP laptop where in the Device Manager under camera I can see 2 entries one for HD camera and one for IR camera. In this laptop there is only DH camera.
Any help will be appreciated.
