Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Called your 800 line.  Support emailed me with instructions (by phone) to attach pictures and return; which I did.

 

After weeks of waiting and sending three emails to follow up I have gotten a grand total of NOTHING.

 

In the last email, I notified HP that I would be sending this issue to my attorney and that is exactly what I plan to do within the next 24 hours.

 

And by the way, I am on my 5th Elitebook (the others STILL work);  unfortunately, this last one is probably also my last HP purchase.  Congrats in alienating a big fan and consistent buyer.
