Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have multiple issues with sound on two of my Elite units.

First Elite

The sound works fine but when I hit the sound button/f5 to turn the sound off, the small light on the key does not light up.  the sound does turn off so it does work but I would like for the light to be on as a reminder.  It's easier when typing to see the small light than to look for the speaker with the "x" on the screen.

 

Second Elite

The unit sound has stopped.  The speaker symbol on the screen indicates it's on but no sound.  When the f5 key is struck, the "x" to the right of the speaker on the screen appears but the light on the f5 key does not light.  

 

Help on one or both of these issues is much appreciated.
