Dear Support Team/HP Customer Support,
I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am experiencing on my HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC. The system is currently unable to detect any audio output devices. I have attempted basic troubleshooting steps, including using the Windows troubleshooter and checking the sound settings, but the issue persists.
The laptop is less than a year old and has no physical damage. Given that the problem appeared without any known cause, I suspect it may be related to a driver issue.
I would appreciate your help in diagnosing and resolving this matter. Please let me know if there are any further steps I can take or if I need to bring the laptop in for service.
