Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello!
I am turning to you, because after two years of usage I have got following problem with my notebook: drive is BitLocker encrypted, during boot I must enter the key. Suddenly keyboard stopped working, neither numeric buttons or functional keys.
What I have already checked:
- external USB keyboard is working fine
- internal keyboard not working in bios as well
- after entering BitLocker key via usb keyboard and booting up operating system, notebook keyboard working well
- if I enter via usb keyboard to integrated keyboard test, inside the test all keys of notebook keyboard are fine, once I exit from test menu with F2, notebook kexboard not working again
- already tried bios settings reset, power button hold 20 sec. but nothing helped until now.
Any help or suggestion are welcome
Thanks!
BR Attila
