Hello,
I can't find any answer anywhere else, so here goes. I bought extended warranty for my notebook, and in it shows the wrong end date for my warranty.
I bought my notebook in february 2018, and the extended warranty should cover it untill february 2021, however it shows it will end on september 2020. I am guessing, september 2017 is the date when the seller I bought the notebook from, received it from HP directly.
Thanks for the help, cheers!

This is not something for which we can offer any assistance. Our community has no access to Warranty or other private information.
This IS something that can be fixed.
Open a case with HP, explain the problem, and ask that the information be updated / corrected / clarified.

if you purchased the laptop and the HP extended warranty Carepaq from a reseller, it is likely they did not register the added warranty with HP... if that is the case, please contact your reseller to make sure they do that
