Dear HP-Community,

I am considering buying an HP ZBook Fury 15 G8 with an  i7-11800H and a Nvidia T1200.

Unfortunately there aren't many reviews about this Laptop online so I would be glad if you could share your experience.

One question that would highly interest me is how the 94Wh battery holds up on light usage like web browsing.

My primary use case is programming.

Thank you very much for your help!

This is a good device. It is a high performance capable mobile workstation.

Check the official specs:

Battery performance depends on how the device is used, such as if connected to network (yes/no), what kind of connectivity (GPS/WWAN consumer more thant WLAN, which consumer more than LAN, for example, in general). display type and brightness, how you utilize the device (CPU/GPU usage) etc... Here are some official HP tips and tricks for improving the battery performance in general for any HP device (not just Zbooks) >> https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/ish_4034543-1660469-16

 Hello Mab0189.

I think that if you check out these two reviews: ZBook Fury 15 G8 11950H A5000 (notebookcheck) and  ZBook Fury 15 G8 11850H A2000 (laptopmedia) you can get all the information you need to make up your mind....

Concerning the battery life, laptopmedia's model with the very similar (to what you're thinking) 11850H cpu and the infinitesimally faster A2000 gpu (that is limited to a mere 40Watts as I suspect the T1200 will be) showed very good results....

....while the notebookcheck model with the i9-11950H and the RTX A5000 (90Watts) BEAST had of course a much worse performance in that area (however the results were given with a question mark by the reviewer):

I think that the configuration you're thinking of is a good compromise between graphics performance and high battery life.
