I placed an order on 3/2/21. On your order tacking page nothing has happened with the status bar since ordering until today. Now the order status bar is gone. The first circle box now blacked out and has a check mark. Above that circle it now says "Shipment 1/1 status". I called your customer service and asked what "shipment 1/1 status" meant and gave her a run down of nothing showing since the order was placed until today. I got a long run around about how backlogged HP is with orders, etc., but she could not answer my question. I have a estimated ship date of 3/30/21 and estimate delivery of 4/5/21. I will be out of town on business from April 8 and return April 15.

Today, 4/3/2021, a better configured Spectre than the order I'm still waiting on is selling for $149 less than I paid for the order which has been delayed and has not shipped. Customer Service refused to do anything but did say they are sorry. They said the current price is a sale price and that is the reason they cannot adjust the price. On the Order Status page where it says "Reorder" to check current pricing it showed for $149 less than I paid, but that doesn't make any difference when it comes to refunding a price difference.
Speaking for myself, I will not order anymore HP products.
