Hey, so I ordered a laptop on August 7, when at the time of the order it said it would ship later in the month. Upon the first delivery day, I saw it had changed to a month later, September 22. Now when I checked, it said revised date: October 22. I have tried to reach out to customer service numerous times, saying they aren’t able to cancel the order. I’m not sure what to do, as I need a laptop for college. If there is a way to cancel or get a full refund, please let me know.

As looking a little more, I found a website saying if there's a delay shipping your order, the seller has to tell you and give you the choice of either agreeing to the delay or canceling your order for a full refund. In the case of my order I would choose to cancel, but it isn’t giving me the option to yet.
