I had a peculiar experience while trying to order online on HP.com.Website said Order declined and charged my Credit card twice.After first failure ,tried second time which declined as well.Now HP has not refunded the payment despite both time orders were declined.Nobody from HP picks up the phone or has been replying to same issue.I have been asked by Bank of America if HP.com payment is not refunded by HP by next statement then to file Fraud complaint against HP for doing online fraud and get both payments revoked.Unbelievable that Companies like HP will be engaging in such fraudulent transaction.
