I received my laptop from the service center. How can I tell if I have an original battery installed or not? By what differences can this be determined?

Unless someone went through a lot of trouble to counterfeit the HP battery label, it is a HP battery you have installed.

The only thing that does concern me a little bit is that the HP part number on the battery in your screenshot (L32407-AC1) does not match the part number for the battery listed in chapter 3 of the service manual, which is L32656-002.

I write that it only concerns me a little bit because if you google the L32407-AC1 part number, it does show is it is a genuine HP battery that is used in your notebook's model series.

Enter your notebook's serial number in the search window at the link below, and it will provide the battery part number that HP indicates was installed in your notebook.
