Product: TouchSmart m6-k022dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop instantly had high temp, after booting the temp. already 100" n rising. I already try change the fan, thermal paste, battery, even the adaptor but still nothing effect. Is the something issue with the board?

Yes a damaged heat sink can definitely cause overheating

I suggest you you update the BIOS on the Notebook and let me know if that helps

I'm using HP ENVY TouchSmart m6-k022dx Sleekbook (ENERGY STAR), if the bios update fail, i just curious about the heatsink, the heat not flowing to the fin. Can the heatsink damage?😅
