Subject: Urgent: Performance Issues with New HP ProBook 445 G11
Dear Support Team,
I have recently received a brand-new HP ProBook 445 G11 laptop provided by my organization for business use. Below are the device details:
- Product Number: B08VFUC#ACJ
- Serial Number: <removed_Do not include the product serial number or any private information>
- Manufacturing Date: April 2025
- Pre-installed OS: Windows 11 23H2 (upgraded to 24H2)
From the very first day of use, I have been experiencing severe performance issues, including but not limited to:
- Extremely high latency across all operations
- Applications such as browsers and Outlook failing to open or respond
- Keyboard input delays (typed text not appearing immediately)
- Blank screens when switching between applications
- Excel failing to load or copy data
To troubleshoot, I have taken the following steps:
- Upgraded to Windows 11 24H2 – No improvement observed.
- Reimaged the device using a company-standard image via USB, following internal KB articles – Issue persists.
- Updated BIOS to the latest version available on HP’s website (March 2025 release) – No change in performance.
Despite these efforts, the system remains virtually unusable for daily business tasks. At this point, I am out of options and urgently require assistance to resolve this issue.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt support in diagnosing and addressing this matter.
