HP ProBook x360 435 G8 Notebook PC (28M90AV)

Hi all,

for several years I used a HP Pro Pen G1 on my Probook x360 435 G8. It worked absolutley fine.

For ~1.5 years I did not use a pen on my notebook and when I wanted to use it again, the pen does not work anymore. However, the finger touch function is still working.
I replaced the battery of the pen and even bought an additional new Pro Pen G1. Both Pens are not working on my notebook, so the notebook seems to be the root cause of the issue.

I updated all windows drivers, but still nothing.
Also the pen is not working in BIOS and in Ubuntu.

If i try to bluetooth pair the pens, the pens are not recognized.

Any ideas on how to enable the pen functionality of my convertible again?

Thanks for the help,
best regards,
Harry
